Sadly, Uncle Bill passed away on January 12, 2013. After the news of his passing Penny wrote, "When my brother and I were kids we thought of him as the gentle giant who would lift us up dangling from his huge strong arms, always kind and soft spoken and will always remain so in our hearts."
